In the summer of 2010, after almost 6 years of corporate life I made the difficult decision to leave a comfortable but stagnant life to travel solo around the World.

This blog will serve as my digital travel journal and photo album. I am taking time to rediscover who I am, what I believe in, my roots, and how I can make a lasting contribution to the World. London has served me well, but behind the gloss of fine dining, Friday Peroni’s, and 9-7 work days I’ve become disillusioned. I hope you enjoy my stories, pictures and thoughts over the next year. Please feel free share on Facebook and Twitter, forward to friends or contribute by leaving your messages.

  1. Hi Neel. Quite an ambitious plan – wish you all the best in your travels. Do bring loads of photos of Eldoret – Like your Dad also MY birthplace.

  2. Hi!
It was a pleasure to meet you in Queenstown. Very interesting to hear your story. And I have finally found that actor I thought I saw! James Nesbitt! And it wasn´t “Six feet under”, but “Cold feet”!
Just mix it up a litle bit… He´s playing in the new movie “The Hobbits”
Anyway, I wish you the best! Take care!

  3. Hello Neel Mama….

It was great meeting you at our house in Sydney. We had sooooo much fun, We really miss you and Esha says you have to come back as an adult…….(ps with a ring on your finger and a mami). Esha and myself really had lots of fun making those silly pictures on your computer. If you get a chance please email them over to my dad…..

We hope to see you again soon and wish you all the best on the rest of your journey.

    Mya & Esha
